Pros: Very smooth (practically like a cream, great pigmentation, glitter/shimmer doesn't go everywhere, product lasts a while! (I've had mine since December, and use it 3-4 times every week and I've barely made that dent!), price is fairly reasonable, not powdery, lasts all day, sturdy packaging, etc.
Cons: I have none! I love this! (:
