Moving to @order-of-the-eye !
Been a hot minute since I've logged in here. I'm moving blogs mostly because I've been using that one far more, and the content I made it for is now scarce. Please go and follow that blog. I'm going to be going through the blogs I follow on this blog and the other and clearing things out.
This blog will remain as an archive. If we were mutuals before on this blog, like this post and follow my blog mentioned above and Iβll follow back. Iβve been going through the list of who Iβm following for over an hour now lol

TAHNOK TUESDAY
I got him a new eye to replace his missing one.
I've been playing Elden Ring on and off lately, in between my Minecraft rp server shenanigans. It is so unbelievably crazy how far I've gotten in this game now compared to when I played on console. Playing this game on mouse and keyboard instead of controller has genuinely been a game changer for me.
In my most recent play session (today), I defeated a few optional bosses and I've made my journey into Caria Manor to find The Wife (Ranni). Those ghost Carian knights suck on those ledges but I persist.
That's really been the motto of this experience for me, I think. I persist and I succeed because of it. Elden Ring and other Soulslikes have been an extremely difficult set of games to get into for me in the past. I am very anger prone. Playing on console was so, so frustrating. But the lore of this game and its setting have pulled me in so much that I've accepted this challenge to be one to try again. And I've made so much progress! I have a Great Rune! My Tarnished looks great! My build isn't shit! I'm actually having fun, something I never thought I'd experience with a Soulsborne.
As someone with ADHD, the feeling of accomplishing a task is one that is often dulled. This game, though? I feel a tremendous amount of pride and accomplishment every time I defeat a boss or clear an area or reach some other goal, easy or hard. I think this (aside from how game changing playing on mouse and keyboard is, and my fascination with the lore) is why I haven't given up playing. I'm chasing that rare feeling of accomplishment with this game and it'll suck when it's over. Even the failures feel like a step forward.
Anyway, here's some screenshots of my Tarnished, Loghain, a former soldier who fought alongside Godfrey.
I'm having a great time.
come play starfield we have sexy middle aged space women and existential dread
