What is your opinion on these two being shipped together?

Steven searches far and wide for the mysterious purple maiden, all while Luz gets on with her chore-filled day, all lovey-dovey and full of fluttery butterflies, albeit a bit sad that she'll probably never see him again.

That is, until a few days later, Prince Steven happens upon their property, having heard that three young women live on the property. He's looked all over the upper-class areas, but without any luck. Thus, he's relegated to scouring the outskirts of town.

And so, the usual pattern: Odalia gets dollar signs in her eyes and gets her biological daughters to go first (Luz is excluded). Bria tries the slipper first, but it doesn't fit. Boscha really tries to fit it on, but no dice. Steven just yanks it off before she can potentially break it. Just as he's about to leave, though, Odalia - in a fit of desperation for potential money and inheritance - essentially drags her step-daughter Luz into the living room. Even if it's nigh impossible that it's her, what more does she have to lose-

Luz is the poor disregarded stepdaughter of Odalia Blight from a prior marriage, in which she is overworked and made a mockery of by her and her two stepsisters, Boscha and Bria. But all of this changes one fateful night, when the ethereal Rose Quartz comes to grant her one wish of escape from this dreary livelihood, even if just for a night. In a new sparkly purple dress of such high extravagance, and a majestic carriage to boot, she's off to the ball!

And as you may already know, Luz very soon meets the illustrious son of Rose Quartz, Prince Steven. They certainly catch each other's eye, of course~ they socialise and dance for hours~

As you may also imagine, Luz's time is close to running out, and as midnight fast approaches, she unintentionally leaves a lilac slipper behind, leaving a lovesick Steven to endeavour to root out the mysterious maiden.

Grows up in the Demon Realm.

Is mostly biologically human, and has no gem or gem powers. They have one hell of a good immune system though.

Multi-track studying: Potions and Healing track, but is tutored by their mom on how to perform other glyphs.

Steven moved into the Boiling Isles to 1) be with Luz, and 2) get away from his old life in Beach City.

Both Luz and Steven have some trauma, but they've done their best not to get their child involved in it.

Dad Steven doesn't talk much about his childhood, while Mami Luz omits some stuff.

They don't want their kid to grow up with the same stress or expectations of greatness/usefulness that they both did.

Kid is a bit pampered and spoiled.

A bit of an emotional crybaby.

Scares easily.

Anger issues.

Doing their best, though.

Mami Luz carved their palisman with them.

Wants to go on adventures, much to the chagrin of their parents - especially Steven.
