Wow what a #lunch I had today! It was a catch up session with the visiting @pinkysandy. The smoked onion #butter started things off right followed by a light but flavourful #salmon trout. The next dish, the #duck ragoût with an #egg cooked in duck #fat (yes you read right!) was so rich and unctuous, oh my! I really enjoyed the #Wagyu that came next too. #Chef #StephanZoisl had a very deft hand with textures and #flavours. Finally, though I didn’t need it, a cheese plate as #dessert. Oh and a lovely #GrunerVeltliner To wash it all down. Lunch is usually only on Fridays at #ChefsTableSG but for #Gastromonth we got lucky today.
