Stopped beating for 3 whole seconds. Twice.

My heart was feeling somewhat strange, it's been a long, hot day, and I decided to record. I did some light exercise, although it was abnormally slow and forceful compared to its usual pace, barely ~120 bpm, before I laid down flay on my back

My heart really didn't like that. After hard skip, it completely stopped in my chest for 3 whole seconds, pumped out two weak beats, then stopped still once again. After this, it kickstarted itself back into rhythm, though continued beating hard for the rest of the clip.

My heart slowly beating for once; This was recorded after a very slow & tired day. At first its quite regular, but towards the end my prominent RSA makes an appearance.

The other day, after a couple glasses of wine, I thought it'd be fun to conduct an experiment to see how my heart would react after cooking for a while in a hot bath. As you may have guessed, it reacted quite well to both. In this first clip, my heart is beating at rest after two glasses of wine.

Next, in the second clip, this is my heart after soaking in a hot bath for around ~20 minutes.

Finally, I decided to stand up to see what would happen!

It was already pumping hard in the second one, but I was surprised at how fast it got after just standing up. I think I counted around ~175 bpm!

Here's my tired heart pumping along after an exhausting, stressful past few days. As busy as it's been, I hope at least some enjoyment can be found from listening to my heart's slow, overworked beats.

Wow, this was a perfect suggestion! It caused some of the most impressive irregularities I have had in a while!

//====================================== After running up and down 4 flights of stairs, I attempt to hold my breath for as long as I can. After several tries (it was difficult to hold for long), I felt my heart getting tired, so at around the 2:20 mark, I decided to lie down on my side to see what would happen. This is where my heart really freaks out. For about a minute and a half it skips, pauses, and tries to pump its way out of my chest.

Finally, at around 3:45, I roll onto my back to let my heart cool down from all of the exercise and irregularities.
