Right guys I have a question and I need to know the answer from somebody who knows. So if anyone is a doctor/pharmacist or is related to/friends with/married to one, then I will be massively grateful if you can answer it for me!
So there have been several outbreaks of norovirus in cities near where I live, and as a seasoned emetophobe I am preparing myself for the worst and thinking out my emergency procedure for if vomiting were to occur.
And my question is, IF I were to catch norovirus, would it be okay to take Stemetil (prochlorperazine maleate)? By taking drugs that forced me not to be sick, would I be preventing the virus from running its course properly and therefore at risk of making myself more ill, or would it just stop me being sick and the virus would go and that would be that?
