Photo: @medievalaustria - This so-called "Stechzeug" (armour for the tournament), richly decorated with tendrils, grotesque, mythical creatures and mythological-allegorical figures, was made around 1490 in Milan and still inscribes today its former owner: Giovanni Angelo Missagila, envoy to the court of Emperor Maximilian I. in Innsbruck (Monogram G appears four times and a stroke with "Signor Frachasso" three times).
