and then season three happened XD

MARTN:  Oh… oh, at work? I, I would say the funniest thing he said was when he was talking to himself, and we were out in the hallway, so he didn’t know I could hear him. So he was walking and talking, but in this really deep, low, gravelly voice, going “My body is a hotel for illnesses, they are like guests, but they don’t pay.” And it wasn’t that funny, but he was laughing his head off. It was really cute.

ARCHIVIST:  Oh, I, er… [nervous chuckle] I, I’m not exactly thrilled by the prospect of the season, to be honest. Too hot, I think. The beach is lovely, though.

MARTIN:  Yeah!

ARCHIVIST:  Well, it’s because he walked me home and then he didn’t even come in. He just stayed on the doorstep. And I said,  “Why aren’t you coming in?” and he said, “Because I have to go home,” and that was really sad.

ARCHIVIST:  Well, the story is: I was on the night shift, about to go home, when an employee of mine named Martin... pulled me aside. I’d just about made my decision to go home, with the moon shining down on the London skyline. Imagine the scene: you’re on a job, you look out of the window, and he went over to get his coat. He hugged me, and walked with me to my house.

MARTIN:  [chuckling slightly] Right…

i am stranded in this universe, and i love my life, and i will always be here for you.
