I had been waiting to try @thebeefsteaks for SO LONG, and after months of schedule clashes and 1 failed attempt I got to do it at @kerbfood St Kats. Steak in a roll, with onion jam and chimichurri. That’s it, that’s all it needs, because it BANGS. The wait was worth it, the hype was real.
