Creamy Garlic Steak Spaghetti with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes and Parmesan
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
12 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Step-by-Step
Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season the steak with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat and sear the steak pieces for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they begin to blister.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce until evenly coated.
Fold in the steak bites and roasted tomatoes, then garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
