I tried the Stauffer's Snaps Cookies With Zip Lemon Cookies and these were okay.
These were small cookies in size but tasted like a lightly sweet lemon shortbread cookie in taste.
These were hard cookies that are super crunchy in texture.
These cookies tasted lightly sweet.
I would eat these again but with almond milk to soften these cookies up.

#PerlesKitchen I love my oven for lazy cooking on a chore-filled day. The oven just beeped it's preheated and ready to go. First in is a Stauffer's spinach soufflé w a 30 minute head start in an oiled iron skillet (i never cook the pkg plastic containers).
