He says some years ago one of their union chairman drafted a policy that prevented their drivers from unnecessary speeding and overtaking of other Trotros on the road. The law basically was a “first move, first serve...” “so if two drivers leave the station at different times. They one who left first will be lined up to load passengers no matter the time they arrive.
