My grand aunt is sick as anything, hacking up a lung every time she coughs, so weak she can't even stand and hold herself up, and confused. Twice now she's been on the floor when I or my mom went to check on her because she tried to get out of bed. >_<

Her daughter is away visiting family and can't get back in town until Friday, and so my mom and I are going to be the ones checking in and taking care of Aunty until then. >_< its more a matter of When we get sick, not If. Would love prayers that we miraculously DON'T get sick and have to miss the next week of family and church Christmas stuff, and that my dad -just a month since he had a brain hemorrhage- doesn't get sick. 🙏🙏

#my mom was supposed to take care of my 102 great grandmother this weekend so ger caretaker can have time off to see her daughter from out of #state.#we're already canceling our plans for family things we were supposed to be at and church events we were meant to help with because #if we're with her up until friday and then going somewhere sat/sunday and getting sick after that #and having soread germs to everyone else ://#my mom is supposed to host Christmas next week #i was meant to help her #everyone so looks forward to Christmas at my parents #my mom was looking forward to being with the kids and grandkids #we are supposed to go to my uncle's for Christmas eve #and i've been looking forward to that so much #and i miss seeing all the family #i missed a bunch of the big parties last month when in icu with dad #and the coming year is bringing -possibly- several of our families moving out of state #and then we have aging relatives who you just want to spend as much time with as possible while you can :(#we've lost so many since my dad got sick 3 years ago #and one of these days he'll be well and himself (please God I beg) and its going to be like waking from a dream & finding so many #loved ones died in the meantime 😔#and my aunt is so confused and #is looking and acting so kuch like my grandma -her sister- when she was on hospice and i was helping take care of her and #after dad being massively confused just last minth in icu and feeling like i was back to helping grandma idk #how many more family members I can help through their confusion like this before i snap and lose it myself #please God let 2026 be full of major answers to prayer and good things 😭
