    “Putting away bad parts of you?” Hanzo repeated her words with a soft whisper as he took the offered plant. He didn’t know why he had considered following her instructions or how she guessed that there was something he needed to put away. He didn’t question it though, he would gladly take any attempt to help ease his heart.

Sayaka slumped against the door to her apartment, covering her face as she shuddered a breath. She had done it. She had accidentally locked herself out of her apartment again. Slowly she dragged her fingers down her face as she glanced up, hardening her eyes. Now wasn’t the time to cry--especially since her phone was still in her apartment and she couldn’t cry to anyone. She needed to do something: or at least let management know about her predicament. 

Crawling off the floor, she brushed off her pants as she glanced up and down the hall and realized that she had no idea what she was going to do. Never had she been the best at ideas, but her recent lack of experience made anything difficult. So next step: maybe try to find an adult.

Her eyes shifted in both directions before she chosen an apartment, hoping that her decision in faith would give her the results that she needed. Taking a deep breath, Sayaka swallowed her pride as she gently rapped her fist against her neighbor’s door. She frowned as anxiety bubbled in the pit of her stomach as she waited for some response; the bluenette really hoped that she wasn’t bothering anyone. There wasn’t even real way of knowing if anyone was home, and she wasn’t sure if she could handle

This wasn’t how Cheshire planned his day. Yes, he would be walking. Yes, he would mock people (because what else did a cat do to show their disappreciation for those around them?). But this? This was not part of the previously planned programming.

Unamused eyes glanced downwards at the girl that pinned him against the wall. He could have easily pushed himself away or teleported to another location, but something irked him to engage in conversation. “What the hell do you think you’re doing?” he asked, raising an eyebrow. “Are you playing a game? Do you think this is a joke?”
