for reasons that don't need exploring at this juncture, I read an old copy of Starhawk's the spiral dance when I was about 11 or 12 and I just had the realisation this morning that I think this is the most formative book I ever read?
Main reason being that this book introduced me to the concept of Small Group Dynamics. She said any group of 3+ people has Small Group Dynamics and the Dynamics have to be managed.
the very cohesiveness of the group itself will make some members feel left out!!
