There was a certain uneasiness in the air ever since the beam in the sky appeared. The sky was darker, the wind unsettled. And it seemed that the Tapu itself had come out to lead the fray. Ultra beasts had invaded their world, those blasted monsters. He thought he would never see them again. While he escorted citizens to the designated shelters, he found someone lying on the ground, unconscious. Poor sucker, he thought. The guardian of the island would not be pleased if Nanu decided to leave a wounded person on the side of the road. 

He was the island’s kahuna, after all. Even if it meant taking a stranger into his abode.

Thick boots pressed hard against the tile floor, each step thudding like the quickening of his heartbeat. Breathe. He had undergone undercover missions before, and there was absolutely nothing different about this one.

So why was Looker so anxious?

Perhaps, admittedly, it was because Team Galactic had a distinct identity of their own, both physically and mentally. This whole suit-and-wig combination made him feel nothing short of a circus clown (”...Is this on right?!”), paired with the mindless yet steadfast emotion the grunts carried with them. Anyone could fit into a government embassy. Anyone could fit into a ruthless mafia.

But how in the Distortion World did one fit into Team Galactic?

The officer let out a sign, large hands moving up to fix the teal colored wig atop his head for the umpteenth time. “You are getting much closer,” He muttered to himself, “Just find the blueprints and download them. Quick. Easy. Nothing to worry abou--”

Looker froze, a voice carrying around the corner. Merde! Quickly, he settled with the wig once more, and braced himself as he turned the corner. He expected another nameless grunt, one he could walk on by without so much as a passing glance.
