I checked with Chloe and she said that I could post pictures of me wearing 2 Years and Counting by @threeheartspolish. Three Hearts Polish has very quickly become one of my all time favourite indie brands. The polishes do not miss. Every collection has me enthralled. Chloe is Holo Royalty as far as I'm concerned.
