Peter: 

In general, this guy is sweet to everyone 

And to top it, he has a really good grasp on what’s romantic 

So, when he somehow ends up under love potion, things get crazy 

Sighing forlornly, getting distracted in meetings, and let’s not even begin on the gorgeous poetry 

The object of his affections had better be prepared for all the magnanimous stunts 

He will literally fill her room with her favorite flowers

Even though he’s sneezing while trying to confess his love 

He sends her love letters three times a day filled with beautiful prose praising her very existence 

He even tried to get her name embroidered on tapestry in one of the parlors, but at that point his siblings intervened and cured him of the potion

He was so embarrassed when he snapped out of it, but even so he was more worried that the girl he had been “in love” with hadn’t been harmed or shamed in any way 

What a sweet guy

Edmund: 

Edmund was excellent at keeping his feelings to himself

He was so good that his siblings began to doubt he’d ever even had a crush before 

So it came as a shock to everyone when one day he waltzed into a diplomatic meeting and placed a rose in front of a girl 

This kid went from serious to absolutely lovestruck 

He would make every single topic into some pick up line or flirtatious joke

He was actually impressively smooth, but some of his comments were worrying 

He was constantly trying to talk to the girl or spend time with her, to the point where guards had to physically drag him away 

At which point, his anguished cries echoed down the halls 

He even wrote a song for her, which wasn’t half bad, and started singing it outside her window past midnight 

When his siblings finally got him free, he was actually dazed and didn’t remember anything  

He had turned several shades of dark red when they began to tell him the things he’d done 

He’d also avoid the girl who endured it all for several days, although he’d write her a long, well-worded apology for the trouble he’d caused 

Caspian: 

Like Peter, he was sweet in nature but also a bit of a natural flirt 

Under the effects of a love potion, he was worse

His flirting went from smooth to absolutely cringe worthy 

He would literally compare everything he saw to the object of his affections

Bad poetry comparing and contrasting her eyes to his bronze helmet 

He would kiss her hand every five seconds in a conversation, and if she pushed him away, he would clutch his heart dramatically and proclaim his heartbreak 

It was getting to the point where meetings and diplomatic decisions were either pushed off or revolved around the “love of his life” as he insisted on calling her publicly 

Also...Pet Names Galore 

Finally, his friends and advisors figured out how to free him and bring him back to normal 

He was slightly blushy for the next few days, but he tried his best to act like it never happened 

He met the girl privately to apologize for his behavior and gifted her with whatever she wanted to make up for it
