stardazers said: Yes, the reading of it makes you feel the intensity of the words sometimes itās quite amazing! If only I could analyse it better tho Dā:
Yeah. The little voice that reads in my head can't compare sometimes, even when I read the words aloud in the same manner. It's pretty interesting how much of a difference that makes.
I'm not the best at analyzing these things either. I just like to think that they are open to different interpretations, so I'll take whatever I can get from it.

Exactly. And the few times I dreamt in Chinese, I woke up going WTF brain?? They probably do know about India, it's just not instinctive when you say "Asia". As for SEA... Rofl. You've not met the people I've man. And that's a good thing.
IKR? I was so amazed with myself when I woke up. xD
Hehe, true. I've only met... one North American IRL who wasn't a teacher? She was a really cool black girl, my junior. All the other North Americans I've met are teachers and most of them were wankers. Bluh. Except the Canadian men. Canadian men are lovely.

dreaming in chinese is a feat that I'll never accomplish. really
Dreaming in Chinese was never a feat I set out to accomplish and yet here we are. I have brought honour to my family.
Dreaming in black and white was fun though.

Ehehe~ Yes, you are indeed not one for squealing and I'm glad Rei can make you feel that way! Now we can be absoluteĀ wrecksĀ together while talking about Free, and J can watch us with a mix of caution and confusion. I still don't see what's attractive about specs but if it does it for ya, then that's cool. I'm keeping my eyes more on Makoto anyway~Ā (ļ¾āć®ā)ļ¾

You crack me up man! Ah, but episode 3 was so good, wasnāt it? This anime is so exceeding my expectations. Kou is queen! And I am calling Nagisaās outfit a courtesanās outfit until proven otherwise. Showy and mesh-y and jewel-riddenā¦
Yes, it was! Goddamn, I'm so glad I can now laugh in the face of everyone who thought this was just a fanservice anime. Yes, the characters are attractive lads, but they are more than that! Gods, my feels for these guys (and Kou, yes, my queen!) are overwhelming me. OTLĀ
Haha, that's what I thought too, but I didn't know what the word for it was. Courtesan, yes, that makes sense.
It's like, Rei as the guard is just doing what he is told, guarding knowledge perhaps, without know whyĀ he does it, and then he sees the real purpose of life in Haru. Freedom.
Haru is this traveller, maybe, someone who goes his own way no matter what other people say, following his passions and going where they lead. He walks paths that are both trodden and not, because who cares if someone has been there before? He hasn't, and this is his journey and it concerns no one else.
This charms Nagisa, the courtesan, who is cheerful and uplifting, so good at making others feel good, and seeing the beauty in everything and wow, there is so much beauty in Haru, it's in everything he does, his determination, his cool - but never cold -Ā temperament, his understated skills, everything.
And then there is Makoto, the shopkeeper, the one who stays in one place and provides all that others should desire. A home, safety, sanctuary, salvation, unchanging, always ready to give, give, give and he's the reason why Haruka returns, no matter how far his dreams lead him, because Makoto grounds him and just wow, this anime, these boys.
Yea, I may still be high off the characterisation fiesta Abbie and I had yesterday. It's a gorgeous high though. Hope it lasts a little while longer.
