Too many shows and franchises that I loved ended this year and most of the endings have been....unsatisfying to say the least. I mean...first it was Voltron and what they did to poor Allura, Game of thrones whole last season was subpar, Star vs. the forces of Evil was good but left too much unanswered, same with a series of unfortunate events ... Avengers: Endgame and How to train your dragon 3 were both good though so at least it wasn’t all terrible. But most of these stories I loved and followed ended and I just felt hollow when they were over. I won’t be able to look back without feeling some level of bitterness or emptiness in the future and have lots of unanswered questions. Thank God for the amazing fanfiction writers out there, I would be lost without all of you! Honestly, this has been an emotional and disappointing year and I need a long nap.
