Out of all the people to meet again in Hive City, Stanford Pines was in the ‘maybe’ category. Sure, they only talked once or twice (and it never ended in good terms), and while Rick found a bit amusing that he was stuck in another dimension for almost three decades, and also the fact that Ford was clever, more of a genius, really—he didn’t consider him an enemy, not even a friend, more of an acquaintance, which would probably be because of their personalities. Rick couldn’t really stand Stanford, and he felt like it was the same to the other. But it was not enough to consider it a rivalry or even to call him an enemy.

But still, Rick couldn’t help but talk to him. Maybe catch up again or something like that— even though he couldn’t contain himself with the snide remark.

“H-Hey, Stanford. K-Kind of weird to meet again here, huh? Were you still stuck on that, that weird dimension thing or…”
