Born to Snowfeather and AlpineStar (wind), he grew up closest with his father, a cat who cared about everyone else before himself. Stagkit had a sister, darkkit, who was always enthusiastic and kind, always picking flowers for their mom, who she was closest to. Stagpeak thought it was cool that his dad was the (then) deputy of the clan, and because of him, he wanted to be a leader one day, while his sister seemed to lean towards the medicine cat path. But all of that changed when darkkit and stagkits mother died in a freak accident, having tripped and fallen into the gorge. Stagkit was devestated, but darkkit was affected by it differently. She went quiet, never pursuing her dreams despite stagpaws begging, and she avoided alpinewind, soon to be aplinestar. Stagpaw had always been close to his sister, but as warriorhood neared, the two grew distant. Stagpeak was eventually named deputy by his father, and he was happy, but not happy enough. He missed his mother, and his sister. But things would soon get worse. AlpineStar became sick with redcough, loosing a number of lives, and loosing more in a borderskirmish. Darkwhispers and stagpeak were heartbroken to discover the sudden desth of their father. And it was discovered that this was a murder. Angry and blinded by grief, Stagstar waged war on stormclan, who he believed were harboring his fathers murderer. Tho famine struck, and the two clans were forced to end the war. The clans slowly became sick, and many died of starvation. Darkwhispers, however, seemed to be very lucky, as she always returned with food. When the famine ended, all returned normal, except for the fact that the clans kept loosing cats. And then stagpeak leanred the horrible truth from a witness. His sister was KILLING and EATING those cats. He publicly exiled her, and she revealed a disgusting truth, that she had been feeding the clan cat flesh, and that she had killed their father. After she was gone, stagstar fell into depression and Darkwhispers waged war. He earned many scars and gree weaker and weaker, but he was able to participate in the final battle, his sisters final battle. His sisters demise...
