Just thinking about Rob Wilkins saying that a snow globe of the bookshop will be featured in the last scene of S3, and how much it reminds me of Simon talking about the last scene of Staged season 2. How it would be David and Michael coming back together, much in the same way that Crowley and Aziraphale are coming back together in season 3:

"What I loved, what made my hair stand-up, was they find each other but don't quite know what to say to each other."

Staged was originally created to remind us of Good Omens, of the chemistry and connection between Michael and David...and how utterly ironic that the last season of GO seems poised to do the reverse, and to bring everything back to where it started. To have Aziraphale and Crowley reunite and not know what to do, at least right away, even as they want nothing more than to be together again.

Something else Simon talked about at the time was there not being the opportunity for "a kiss in the snow in Central Park," with the moment inside/outside the car being as close as they could get. Given that the snow globe and winter theme seem so prominent in GO 3, I can't help wondering what might lie ahead, and how much this feels like a call back, even unintentionally.
