Kay so here is a video of specifically that moment during ready to Run on April 1 in Cape Town.

And this is two concerts later in Cardiff, with Louis paying very close attention to Harry to make sure he was gonna be able to do it, and being to ready to jump in if necessary. At 1:00, he sings part of the line with Harry just to be sure. 

I assume Harry had been having trouble getting that line in during rehearsal but insisted he could do it and Louis was worried so was ready to jump in just in case. The reason I like this particular moment so much is that it really exemplifies just how intensely focused they are on each other, even though they never really interact on stage, or seem to look at each other at all. Even when they're not making eye contact, they’re always hyper aware of where the other is and what they’re doing. 

The only time they’re not, is usually when they’re facing in opposite direction and can’t see each other at all, and then we often get beautiful moments of mirroring like this one or this one (which was at the same Cardiff show incidentally).
