i think izuku, kirishima, kaminari, and sero babysat katsuo and possibly baby suki before the divorce since post divorce bakugou was very distant from all of his friends
and pre and post divorce mina has absolutely babysat the kids often. especially post divorce if y/n was ever busy and needed a babysitter, and with her being y/n best/one of her closest friends, mina was definitely #1 babysitter
also i think mitsuki and masaru would be bakugou's go to babysitters. post divorce y/n would distance herself from bakugou's family, for obvious reasons, so she would only rely on them during emergencies
