He's dragon-like, for sure! I like the idea that some gods have more bestial manifestations, which can sometimes be a literal dragon, or a strange mishmash of beasts. Like I did with Sleep.
There are a lot of different animals that I used as inspiration for Sleep's current in the works design: leopard seal, sting rays, and seahorses, for examples.
