Has Super Smash Bros. been revealed yet for the Nintendo Switch?
YES!!!
On March 8th, 2018, a new Super Smash Bros. game was revealed at the end of that day’s Nintendo Direct. It opened up similarly to the Splatoon trailer (strongly suggesting that the Inklings will be playable), but transitioned into darkness before the Inkling Girl turned around to reveal a flaming Smash Bros. logo with veterans such as Mario and Link in front. Later, it was confirmed via press release that it is NOT an enhanced port of the 3DS or Wii U versions but rather a whole new Smash Bros. game. According to the trailer and website, it will launch later this year.
Did Smash for Switch get announced yet?
