                   a   nightmare   dressed   in   human   skin   that   often  forgets   its   true   nature   after   years   spent   in   a   leash   of   morals   and   fear   ---   that’s  what  he  is.          his  touch  and  gaze  are  deadly  weapons  numbed  by  the  humanity  that  he  clings  onto.  it  takes  the  threat  of  his  daughter’s  life  that  brings  out  the  ivory - bred  madness.  shame  rises  briefly  ,  though  it  is  drowned  in  determination  and  impulsiveness  ,  green  gaze  empty  as  it  focuses  on  the  demon.  the  ache  in  his  bloodied  arm  is  white  noise  and  proof  of  the  contract  that  would  taint  him.          ‘   i  suppose  you  already  know  what  you  want.   ’

Amber eyes locked onto the individual as soon as they spotted them; staring, unblinking for a few moments. That is, until Saborah realized that maybe an abnormally large man like himself shouldn’t stare at strangers.

“Sorry- there’s something about you that’s putting me off... I can’t tell what it is. Forgive my staring.”

Iorveth was perched on a moss-covered rock with his legs stretched out and crossed at the ankle below him, and he held a half-constructed arrow between his fingertips, twirling it uninterestedly. The rushing sound of the nearby waterfall didn't drown out his words, and his hair, loose and unhidden, wasn't quite dry, either. He was unconcerned with the one before him; his bow was well within reach and he had blades strapped to his hips, and with a word he could have his men summoned in an instant. It was hardly the first time someone had approached him when he appeared to be alone.
