What made you ship it?

I think I was browsing a few blogs in 2016 when I first started watching/reading this series and saw some cute things that connected with me.

What are your favorite things about the ship?

I think there’s a lot of dedication between the two of them. Remember when Nami told everyone that they had to go after him pronto, and if they left sooner the love cook would’ve had his brains blown out? Remember when Sanji was hellbent on protecting the fiery navigator’s wellbeing, to the point of ditching a clairvoyant princess and ignoring an unstable school shooter, both of whom were attracted to him?

The two clearly have flaws, but there’s more to them than just that.

Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?

Nami snuck toward the deck’s railing around midnight, shakenfrom another nightmare of Totland. One gunshot; two hearts stopping; three eyesleering. The air felt damp; it must’ve drizzled a bit.

The petrichor’s scent wafted away by lingering smoke. Namiturned to see a blond, scruffy cook staring at the nighttime sea.

Sanji-kun? Namipondered. He’s probably keeping watch.She tried to discreetly pass by without him noticing, but she brushed upagainst him after losing her footing.

“Nami-san?” Sanji asked,as his gaze shifted from the sea to her. He took her by the hand and helped her up. “I didn’tknow you were out here.”

“Yeah, I guess I couldn’t sleep,” Nami said twiddling her gingerhair in her fingers. “I didn’t want to disturb the others, either.”

“I don’t think that’d be enough to budge a rubber man, reindeer,skeleton or bunny,” Sanji reassured.

Nami could feel something building up inside of her; it madeher feel fuzzy, so she turned away from the man who wears his heart on hissleeves. After pacing away, she stopped and reflected on this trip into yonkouterritory. All those weeks of worrying; those days of seeking, those hours ofheartbreak, those minutes of relief. Whatever this feeling was, it felt waystronger than even the most treacherous of storms. She then turned, biting herlip, and briskly paced back to the railing.

Sanji smiled and shook his head after one silent drag. “Nowfood on the other hand-“

Nami pulled him in passionately, her mouth meeting his earbefore trailing off towards his mouth. She planted it all in. Who cares if thatscruff tickled while rubbing against her face, or if his smoke got all over her?All that mattered was that he was here and he was alive.

“Eh!?” Sanji yelpedas he felt the steam and blood rushing to his head. “Why, you’re so bold, Nami-swan!~”

It’s been a while seeing one fully.

It’s a tossup between Lion King, Robin Hood and Zootopia.

Either Lion King or Aladdin

A tie between Wreck It Ralph, Tangled and Zootopia

18. First Disney orientated memory?

Don’t really recall; I do have a ton of old tapes and toys as far back as I can remember.

20. If you could date one of the characters, who would it be and why?

Either Aladdin because his growth is something i admire; or Joe Carioca…because.…see here [x}

“Step In Time,” “I Won’t Say I’m In Love,” and “Streets of Gold”

Probably Dumbo

Many actually…so many “I want” songs, so much to relate to at this point in life.

WAAAAAH!! 8-year-old me is internally screaming right now. I swear this dude must’ve been the gateway drug to me being drawn to characters who simultaneously have charm/hardcore bad@$$ and also a dork/loser in different aspects. Everybody was looking at boybands, movie princes or bishie dudes, but nooo; i had to be all crazy for mr. “listen to my music, watch me dance and flirt.” ….

side-note: did i ever mention the time I said that he and jet the hawk looked bizarrely similar? 

I also think he and naveen would be buddies…
