Okay, after theorizing and analyzing what's happening with Sanji, I've come to think that Oda has favoritism towards him, since he gives him so much. Zoro hasn't gotten anything, and I'm being neutral here; I'm a bigger Sanji fan than Zoro. But we have to be realistic about Zoro's situation and his minimal development... He didn't even give Zoro his own arc in his homeland. It seems to me that this is disproving the theory that Oda hates Sanji, and it's so true! He's given him three arcs, and four more are coming with the BAF. It doesn't seem right that the other guy is getting what's coming to him. There have already been 3 major enhancements to the arcs.
And the second-in-command, Zoro, doesn't have any... Not everything can be perfect, but either the character Sanji is, but if that's the case, he should just make a Sanji anime, hahaha xD
It's said in Japan that Sanji is Oda's representation of his pervertedness and the simple devotion he has to Nami... and he even had a friend named Baratie.
And that in Oda's adolescence he worked in a restaurant, and that Oda's wife likes Sanji, and Nami likes their daughter, and she's much older than him, so much so that Sanji had siblings, and it was all for his daughter.
But why didn't he do it with another character from the ship? But why did she choose Sanji? It's simple: her daughter and mother are fans of Sanji. Why do they think she accepts all that flirting with Nami and Sanji, the marketing in the live-action season 2, and more?
Do you see what I'm trying to say? It's no surprise that Oda already decided he'd end up with Nami at the end of the series and only included Pudding for drama and development.
