Evals on SR1 today, and inking. (Left to right - B1, B2, B3)
I actually kind of like B1, he's shorter in body and has nice depth. Decent shoulders for this line, too. Smallest kit, though.
B2 is narrow and kind of pinched. He's also lacking loin, in comparison to his brothers. No fullness there. I noticed he seemed slightly tilted on one side, too? Like one hind leg was always askew, no matter how I positioned him. Kinda weird, don't like that.
B3 is a beast, and is very wide on the back end. He narrows at the shoulders a bit, but they're still better than B2's.
All have the usual topline shape you'd want to see, but B2 was also flatter, lacking the depth. The ONLY real problem I have with B3 is that he's... very.. very over-silvered. lol.
Guy, what the heck?? You are a silver fox, not a champagne!
flabbergasted and perplexed

What it does not have:
All tattoos (Only the ones on Playa are owned)
All cars (Only the ones listed in the garage)
All weapons (Only the ones listed)
You have more than enough cash to buy any tattoos or cars you want, and I set up the Titan for a money exploit, and you can also replay any activities you wish to grind cash.
It's not a multi-millionaire save, it was made with the intention of playing all the missions without doing all the side activities to Lvl 8 every time I wanted to replay, so I didn't prioritise buying everything other than clothes.
I played with the file on Xenia Canary's experimental November 3rd, 2024 build and Xenia Mousehook's December 31st 2024 build. I have all the DLCs and the Title Update #1. I also used both the Australian version and the USA/Europe version along with the TU1 patch. It works with both the default.xex and PhantasyRow.xex. Only mods used are the breakable trees and whatever is packaged with PhantasyRow, however I ran the game fine without the mods. It isn't as fragile as Saints Row 2 on PC. But if there's any issues, let me know and I'll try and recreate the issue.
Extract the folder from the zip, do not rename the folder inside the zip (it's supposed to be a bunch of numbers and symbols), and place it in
"[Wherever you installed Xenia]\Xenia Mousehook\xenia-canary-mousehook\content\B13EBABEBABEBABE\545107D1\00000001"
OR
"[Wherever you installed Xenia]\xenia_canary\content\B13EBABEBABEBABE\545107D1\00000001"
It might be different on your computer but have a look inside the content folder and all the folders titled with Saints Row 1's ID, "545107D1" and the saves folder should look something like this:
Do not take the "game.dat" file out of the folder and just smack it into the saves folder, either. I presume it wouldn't work if you put it there on its own.
Then, once it's in the folder, boot up Saints Row, select "Load Game" and the save will be the one that looks like this (The one highlighted):
I could make one for the Xenia version of Saints Row 2 and the PC version, but I'm not as passionate about Saints Row 2 as I am 1.
broke both my xbox controller and ps4 controller and now im disappointed that i can't play through Saints Row 1 with it lol. KBM makes things too easy T_T

awesome my new game plus save is done for saints row 1
i'm just going around and buying everything rn then i'll make a backup and start playing the story again lol.
i prefer almost everything about saints row 1. after playing it so much and goofing off i kind of like all the stuff it has to the point where i can mostly ignore the (minor) flaws.
I actually like not being an untouchable killing machine muh power fantasy protagonist and being a little squishy. i think "feeling like John Wick" is corny and gives me the biggest ick when it comes to games. yeah, sure, it's fun to gun down a room of enemies in two seconds and not even get a scratch, but even on hard difficulty saints row 2 and later games are piss easy and combat gets boring.
just feels more rewarding and arguably more "badass" when you finally clear a genuinely tough mission. there's a limit to difficult bullshit i'm willing to put up with, but thankfully, outside of SNATCH and DRUG TRAFFICKING, saints row 1 isn't that frustrating and easy to cheese if you really want to.
plus half the people that complain about its difficulty is just like... skill issue lmao git gud chud. buy food, use it when your health is low, buy drugs, use them in combat, and don't run around like a headless chicken. Though, I do think SR1 could have benefited from a body armour mechanic that you can buy from Friendly Fire like GTA had.
just need to finish all the races and find cds then all the activities are done yayyy
still got many playtime hours to go lol
