1. Play a long, long video game or play multiple video games, there are lots of free games on Steam, Gamejolt, and itch.io
2. Read a book, or two, or three, or just all of them
3. Watch some movies/shows
4. Watch videos/streams on a different platform (TikTok or Twitch for example)
5. Take a walk outside
6. Go to the park
7. Learn something new (that doesn't require YouTube)
8. Listen to some music you haven't listened to in a while or try to find new music you might like
9. Go to an event
10. Clean something you haven't cleaned in a while
Maybe you can even do some of these things with friends.
