Thank you so much to every one of my followers! I loved making sims, pets and builds for my 300 follower gift, and loved the interaction that it opened up between myself and other simblrs! I’ve been really in the mood for building lately and so I’ve decided this time to only do build requests! However, if anyone really wants a sim or pet then just hit me up :) I’m honestly so grateful to anyone who has followed, ever likes my stuff or comments, so thank you!! 

So, if you want to request a build please send an ask or a dm (I also have discord so just ask if you’d prefer to talk there) with the following preferences.

- Lot size

-Type of lot (residential, apartment or specific community lot)

- No of bedrooms/ baths

- Style of build

- Style of furnishing/decor 

- Budget?

- If for specific sim/s give details

- Private or public download 

- Any other details you’d like :)

Here are my creations for @pleasant-plumbobs #OperationOverride. Their goal is to rebuild all of the worlds and townies and compile them into one save! 

So here’s the Cramped Cape Cottage and its resident, Devon Falcon.

Devon is creative, family-oriented and ambitious and she wants to be a painter extraordinaire and I managed to fit a tiny art studio into this build for her! Devon and the build are both CC free and use only basegame items (that was not easy haha!)
