Ingredients: 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and sliced into thin 'fries'. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, minced. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 425F 220C. Make sure the butternut squash "fries" are evenly coated by tossing them in a big bowl with olive oil, minced rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper. Arrange the spiced butternut squash in a single layer onto a baking sheet that has either silicone baking mats or parchment paper on it. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven, turning the "fries" halfway through, or until the outsides are crispy and golden brown.
