what do you mean different kinds of genitive
(regarding my tags on this post)
So in German linguistics there's a differentiation between semantic meanings that a genitive phrase can convey (I worded my tags a bit... clumsily lol). A genitive is an attribute and thus needs a core substantive. These two also have a specific kind of semantic relationship. Examples would be the genitivus possessivus (showing who/what possesses smth, e.g. Flora's phone -> paraphrasing: Flora owns the phone.), genitivus subiectivus, g. obiectivus, g. explicativus, g. hebraicus (book of all books - das Buch aller Bücher - repetition of a substantive in the genitive case to indicate significance etc.), ....
Disclaimer tho: I'm not an expert. These "kinds of genitives" might apply to other languages as well.
