boop-the-little-elf here you are friend, the poem I wrote you: "A poet (me) who's afraid of her own words is left speechless at those of which you've witten. Those you continue to write. Those you have the courage to throw out into the abyss that tries to strangle them and silence them. The abyss that does this and then would no doubt have the audacity to mourn them if they truly did die out. Both wonderful and woeful I am lost among them, wandering among the carefully chosen syllables that string together sentences that create symphonies in my heart so beautifully. These words of yours have storms attempting to cascade from my eyes. They have filled these eyes with stars that leave me nonetheless starstruck. I feel like a comet crashing towards Earth's atmosphere. Towards Jupiter. Towards all the rings of Saturn. I'm on a crash course towards the blazing sun and the words you've written scorch my soul. They are burning me so beautifully. So unapologetic in their descent these words leave yearning for more of the passion and pain they give. My spirit is overjoyed by the inspiration that your words have left me because inspiration has left me for so long. I say I am speechless yet you've reminded me of the voice that has avoided me. I didn't realize it's been gone this long until I could coax it out of it's hiding place again. Words have been the closest thing to Love that I've ever known. I have missed the thrill poetry gives. I have missed the high. I have missed it beyond measure. From one Poet to another, I am grateful and my Muse thanks you. Thank you."
