May 4 - sign ups open
May 31 - Author sign ups close
July 15 - Author check-in, 80% due
July 20: Artist sign ups close
July 21-28 - Fic Gallery Open
July 29 - First round of Art Claims open at 10am EST. If any fics remain, a second round for registered artists will open at 9PM EST and will continue until all fics are claimed. Authors must share their most up-to-date draft with their artist within 48 houts of being matched.
July 31: Mandatory team check-in: paired artist and author must have communicated and discussed posting availability, and alerted the mods to any issue.
August 6: Posting schedule released and shared with participants via email
August 12: Artists check-in: progress update, art plans or sketches due. / Authors check-in: final titles, banner, summaries & promo teaser excerpt due.
August 14: Promo Posts begin on Tumblr and Twitter
August 28: Artists check-in: progress update, finale drafts due. / Authors check-in: final fic drafts due
September 11: Posting begins (exact ending date to be confirmed with posting schedule)
