These dissociation experiences I've been having, this way I think now, it looks exactly like what countless guys have told me about they way they "compartmentalize" their thoughts.

Which leads me to suspect that toxic masculinity has resulted in a significant and large portion of our male populations to be walking around in a dissociated state without perhaps even realizing it.
