its a good thing i'm doing some pole tonight, because i am painfully hyperactive
tonights goals - chair spin, side spin in a v, and that goddamn full bracket except in a boomerang spin because i'm pretty sure that's the only way i can manage it
seriously, if i can't get that full bracket, or split grip as it is more commonly called, by the time my membership is up in a few months, i'm gonna have to hang up my pole dreams until i can find another studio that doesn't require it to move on to intermediate level. i'm so bored doing beginner stuff. i'm fairly confident, with all the other kinds of aerial training i've been doing, that i'd have a blast inverting and all that fun stuff but if i only i could actually fucking get there.

I managed to do this the other day (it's so scary not having an elbow grip) but I couldn't hold it for very long. This time I counted until 5 mississipi's and then dropped down :) Maybe next time I'll see how long I can go!
