so this is the result of a hyperfixation of mine since i bought the physical release of the name chapter: freefall in early 2024. because i have a cd player, i decide to run the disc and notice that there is something different about the cd's chasing that feeling
i am not an expert when it comes to audio mixing and stuff, but i did notice something different in the case of vocal reverb and how the synth isn't as prominent in the cd version.
i decide to make a split audio comparison video by ripping the track of my cd. both are at the bit rate of 128 kbps. do remember to use your headphones!
do you also hear the difference?
