Proofing a linocut
I got a kirby game for the first time and I love it. I set it to easy mode and just relax
I finally went back to the studio for people with disabilities and drew this.
I'm working on studying birds bc hopefully my honors project will be 3 linocuts of various birds
Tried out faber castell polychromos with this illustration. I definitely prefer prismacolor premier. But you really can't beat that polychromos are light fast. I can hang this up and not have it fade.
Also is something off to you? Do I need to deepen the shadows on the flower? I can't tell. I think I've been staring at it to long. Critique would be appreciated!

I've always thought it'd be really cute if bobas looked like cats!

I finally completed my tablecloth.
Made in the Berry stitch with a worsted weight rainbow yarn in multiple colors
A doodle of yachiyo while I practice a new technique.
I heard a long time ago that you can blend colored pencils with an alcohol marker. It worked fairly well. The fine tip gave a painterly effect and the brush nib erases. I'm not sure how much I'll use it as I'm sure it ruins archival properties. But for personal or print uses its fun!
Materials used : fabercastell polychromos colored pencils, prismacolor colorless blender, toned tan paper
