Pulls dumb brother into a big bear hug.
He’s not gonna say he missed this.
That’d just be inviting trouble.
Yet Tommy can’t deny that he has. He’s missed this. Missed turning around and finding himself at the mercy of one of Billy’s overtures of affection, like hugs could solve everything and the world was a better place because of them.
Mostly, he had missed seeing Billy this lively. When he’d left -- it’d just been hard. Too hard. To stay and be reminded of everything that had happened, everyone they’d lost -- how the team had crumbled and everyone had blamed themselves for things far outside of their control.
Tommy wraps his arms around his twin in turn, laughing and letting him have this one just once without no protest.
Or...
Well, almost no protest.
“Dude! Come on, not cool. Nobody hugs at our age!”
