First brewday with the #brewtools b150pro. I have a result. It is not quite what I aimed for but could work. Had some complications. Started with realizing I was sent the wrong yeast, had to visit the shop to change so started at 10.30 with brewing. Lifting the malt pipe was great, but then I put it on the hose, ripping it out and pumping wort to the floor. Secondly I used a lot of hops and the pump clogged at chilling, had to bypass it with my heavyduty pump, took some time to figure that out and make the right connections. Oxygenation worked so well hAlf the fermenter was filled with foam so I had to split some wort to a 30l tank. And og was 15brix in the refraktometer and 13 plato with spindle and tilt but should have been 1.074 but I forgot to put the lactose but that still does not explain the low og. Anyhow it is a base and okeyish for a first round. Will see heavy dryhopping and hopefully end up as a 5.5% neipa.
