Richie makes wonderful beers and is full with great information for a Greenhorn like me... i made a stout, a new recipe, got more liters that calculated, so I will end up at about 6.5%. Nice oxygen foamy wort in the tank. First time I used the chiller and inkbird, worked plug and play.
