I guess some people mark the beginning of fall with the start of the new school year or the arrival of pumpkin spice or even with the leaves changing. For me, fall officially starts with the new season of animation domination.

It’s okay to take a break from ‘hard core’ recovery. (aimed at agoraphobia mostly). As long as you’re keeping up self care, you don’t have to be full powering it through every day! It’s okay to take it easy for a little while if it gets a bit much :)
