For the first time in many millennia, Giratina felt a presence she hadn’t felt. She always liked to think she was connected to her brothers, in a way. Able to tell when each of them entered, and left the plane of earth. Teeth grit together tightly as she stormed outside, looking up at Mount Coronet through the trees.
In an instant, she was at Spear Pillar, eyes locked on a familiar figure at the peak. The only sound that filled her ears was static. The very air itself was tense. It didn’t take much for her to close the distance between them. A blue orb swirled to life in her hand, before she whipped it towards Palkia. The sphere careened to the right, missing her brother and slamming into one of the warped pillars.
“Palkia,” she growled, stance rigid with anger, “so you finally decided to crawl out of your dimension, huh?” The nails on her left hand grew as it turned a sickly black color. Shadow Claw, no doubt.
“You better talk; you better talk fast. I’m not as patient as I once was.”
There was a bit of hurt in her tone and her eyes, no doubt. The last time she saw him before the Spear Pillar incident was before she got banished. There was nothing, absolutely nothing after she got out. Not from him, or Dialga. She always figured it was for the best. She was a mess back then, but it still hurt, it hurt. And what did she cover up pain with?
