Generalisations in posts do not always work as even if the op was meaning something specific they are attacking very generally. This is not a "not all men" scenario but a post that could really hurt people who are doing the best they can. I don't just mean " oh you've hurt my feelings" but people who suffer from anxiety and depression due to the lack of support they receive to help them be a parent to someone with a disability. I will be happy to unfollow you if that is your wish.
Yeah, if you seriously can’t see the different between a post functioning as an open letter to people who hold the power of life and death over disabled people about shit they shouldn’t do vs harmful generalizations about an oppressed group, which as a class, parents of people with disabilities are not by dint of having disabled children, this is not the blog for you.
No one is denying that trying to raise a child in a world that doesn’t think they should is exist is easy, but it’s hell of a lot harder to be the actual target of eugenicist thought and action. That’s the point that post was making. It’s wonderful if you haven’t met parents who make their child’s disability all about them, but such actions are not in anyway uncommon and they lead to the deaths of disabled people at their most extreme.

Three shows: The Walking Dead (sigh, the pain), the aforementioned Steven Universe, any of the assorted “[insert historical era] Farms” series featuring historian Ruth Goodman and archaeologist Peter Ginn et al living and farming like the people of a historical era (utterly fascinating, and they’re adorable, too)
Four people: Melissa McBride, Norman Reedus, Alanna Masterson, Danai Gurira,for living people. They were going for every investigation show where we have a lead couple but she is as important as the other detective. She works for him and not with him and this bothers me to no end. The writting is very predictable. For real, in the first episode, as soon the guy coughed I knew he was dying of cancer and responsible (rolls eyes). I'm in just for Pana and the show facebook page did put his photo on last night so we will have more screen time (keeping my fingers crossed).
