I started a small personal project after being completely burnt out on a previous one, deciding to incorporate elements I hadn't yet used preceding this newer world. Elements such as space travel, aliens, oceans, horror, and sound design.
This project is becoming something I'm proud of and makes me feel a lot more fulfilled trying something new. The game has two integral features, those being the player's oxygen bar in the bottom left which can be restored by a supply of canisters at spawn, and the player's suit which is attached with a specialized compass that must be used to navigate the map; the map being a physical computer screen with points of interest marked.
The ocean floor is also littered with various fauna amongst other things, large bellows that feel too close for comfort are most likely the Whale; the most common threat you'll see. Beyond that, there may be creatures that pose no threat yet interested in your appearance but far too cautious to engage.
