My City: Brodie McCulloch from Spacecubed
Workshirty wants to get an insight into the places we drink, eat, and live in our home towns. Who better to get this info off than the real people on the ground doing their thing in the city.
We had a chat with the young and successful Brodie McCulloch from Spacecubed in Perth about his top 5 places in his home town (our home town) and why they make him happy!
Spacecubed is a co-working and collaboration space in the heart of Perth CBD. It's made up of a range of Social, Environmental, Technology and Creative communities and entrepreneurs. You realise from the moment you walk in that you have stumbled across something special.
Check out Brodies list below:
Bread in Common - Fremantle - They make great bread and I really like bread. The fitout they did on the space is worth lining up for...which lots of people do.
BOBÈCHE - Perth - Fun to drink at and not usually crazy busy in the middle on the city.
Courtyard Music - Fremantle - Mosey down courtyard music on Sunday afternoon at the fremantle arts centre...they have a diverse set of artists on.
Myre - Fremantle - Shows what can be done with a bit of vision and space with many awesome startups in it. I think this will be the case study on how to turn a community around through a shared project.
Spacecubed - Perth - How could I not throw this in! I spend 85% of my time there watching some great businesses and people grow.
