There is a small but dedicated contingent of imperial officers who use grindr, but since homosexuality is banned in the army, they can't tell anyone that grindr is now being used by rebels. Most of them end up defecting anyways, since if they stay they're either getting court-martialed for being gay or executed for not telling the brass about the rebels, and if they leave they might finally get to hook up with that cute blond twink
